Philosophy
"I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of client companies in a multitude of different industries. One of the exciting things for me in my work is the use of pattern recognition - and the opportunity to leverage this with each new client. I love seeing the lights come on during an engagement. It's one thing to teach, which I enjoy, but the true satisfaction comes with seeing that the client really 'gets it' and can apply the principles to their organization."
